What we do in Calabasas

The Oaks, Calabasas Park, Vista Pointe — most of the city lives in gated communities, and a service visit here begins not with a doorbell but with a barrier arm. Our logistics are dialed in:
- Give security our names in advance (we send them when the order is confirmed) — and the entry takes a minute.
- We arrive strictly in the agreed window: gatehouses do not care for "sometime between nine and five", and neither do we.
- If an assistant or housekeeper receives us — that is enough; the photo report of what was assembled goes to you directly.
On privacy. We understand where we work: no interior photos in any portfolio without direct permission, no discussing addresses or names. Arrived — assembled — left, took the cardboard, remembered nothing extra.
Big houses — big orders
The average Calabasas order is not an item but a room or a floor: a full-height closet, bedrooms, a media wall across the living room, a home office. We work as a pair, in parallel, in one or two visits. Flat per-item prices add up to an exact total before we arrive — on orders of this scale that is a rarity people make use of.

Patios, canyons, wind
Poolside yards and terraces facing the hills: lounges, dining groups, umbrellas and pergolas get assembled with two local forces in mind — the Valley’s summer heat that dries out joints (a pre-season retighten is a quick visit), and the canyon wind that turns a half-assembled umbrella into a sail.
