Marina lives almost entirely in harbor towers, and assembly starts with building logistics: freight elevator by appointment and loading slots. Give us the address and the complex — the rest is ours: we contact management and arrive in the slot through the right entrance.
Dimensions decide. View apartments are compact, and the route "garage → elevator → hallway → door" is full of turns: box sizes plus route photos, and we will tell you before you buy whether the sofa makes it. Murphy beds and convertibles for studios are our constant work, anchoring included.
The balcony over the harbor is the apartment’s best room: sets assembled on stainless with slow, careful torque (humidity plus salt, around the clock), and the seasonal retighten is a quick visit.
