Panoramas over the water are the pride of Marina apartments and the source of two problems: the evening sun reflected off the harbor, and overheated west rooms:
- Zebra shades and light filters — the glare goes, the masts stay.
- Cellular shades — they hold back the heat of west-facing panoramas.
- Blackout in bedrooms — a precise fit.
- Non-standard panorama widths — measured, advised, mounted (into concrete — anchors).
- Mechanisms with stainless hardware only: humidity and salt run around the clock, and the cheap ones seize within a couple of years.
Building procedures (slots, elevators) — we arrange them ourselves.
Storage for compact apartments
A closet system: Marina studios and one-bedrooms are short on closets, and a wall or niche system doubles the storage. In rentals — a tension-mounted no-drilling option; we will say honestly where it fits.
On boats — lockers and galley shelves: organizing storage in a cabin is an art of its own, and we love it.

Up to three per visit at one price: cylinder swaps at move-in (with the owner’s consent), and hardware in stainless — brass blooms by the water.
