Harbor towers: from the elevator slot to the wall

Mounting in a Marina condo is the building’s procedure plus the mounting itself, and we take the first part on ourselves: the slot and the elevator, arranged with management. The 1960s–80s tower walls are drywall over steel framing or concrete: we determine which on site and carry hardware for both (concrete +$40 — in the price list up front).

For renters — nearly all of Marina: minimal holes, mounting into the framing, spackle at move-out — the deposit survives. Glare off the water is its own local topic: west windows over the harbor throw the evening sun straight into the screen, so we will point out a glare-free wall before drilling.

Balconies: a TV over the harbor goes up in outdoor spec on stainless hardware — humidity and salt work around the clock.

And on boats — yes, TVs too: compact panels in cabins on marine fixings, "does not rattle, does not tear loose underway". The dock and slip number — and we come.
