Compact apartments and the maritime theme
Mirrors are move number one. A view apartment is rarely large, and a full-length mirror opposite the window doubles both the light and the harbor: two people, mounting into the wall framing or concrete. Marina’s humid air eats cheap bathroom hardware — we install stainless.
Maritime galleries. Regatta photos, harbor charts, shots from your own passages — the city’s favorite walls: layout, laser, even spacing. In rentals (nearly all of Marina) — minimal holes, spackle at move-out.
Shelves — for regatta cups and yacht models: into the framing, loads calculated.
Building procedures — as always in Marina: the slot is on us.
On boats — frames and plaques in cabins on marine fixings: underway nothing flies or rattles. A photo of the favorite anchorage above the chart table — hung it, more than once.
