What we do in Pacific Palisades
The price is known before we leave the base. We do not bill by the hour and never re-quote on site because a job ran long. Minimum order $69.
Coming home
The Palisades is rebuilding. Every month brings more finished homes, and into each one a family returns — to a house that needs furnishing all over again, from the beds to the shelves.
We make that part of the journey easier:
- The whole house in one or two visits. We come as a pair and assemble room by room: bedrooms, kids’ rooms, the living room, the office. At flat per-item prices the total is known before we arrive — at a moment when there are already too many estimates in your life, at least this number will be exact.
- New walls — solid anchoring. The rebuilt homes have fresh drywall and studs to standard: dressers, shelves, TVs and mirrors get anchored quickly and for good. Everything tall goes to the wall at no charge: this is California, and a home just returned to deserves to feel steady.
- All the packaging leaves with us. After furnishing a house from scratch, the cardboard is a mountain. It will be gone.
We work quietly, carefully, and on the schedule we agreed. If something is easier to settle through your contractor or designer — we will settle it with them directly.
For the neighborhoods that stood — the usual care
The Highlands, parts of the Riviera, Castellammare — life here runs its course, and the orders are the usual ones: a bedroom after a move, a media wall, a patio on a terrace with a view. The ocean is near, so outdoor furniture gets assembled on stainless with correct torque — salt air does not spare cheap hardware.
The hillside addresses of Castellammare and Marquez Knolls mean switchbacks and stairs: delivery often leaves the boxes below, and we carry them the rest of the way and assemble. A few words about the approach in your request — and we arrive prepared.

Yes — we work from the designer’s plan and markup, directly with them.
