Furniture for three generations — in one order
Arcadia’s big new homes gather children, parents and elders under one roof — and the furniture order looks accordingly: a bunk bed for the kids, the parents’ bedroom, a comfortable bed for grandma — all at once. Our format:
- One or two two-person visits, rooms in parallel; the total at flat prices known in advance — big family budgets appreciate that.
- Safety for all ages: dressers and shelves strapped into studs (toddlers and elders in the house — a double reason), bunks with every bolt torqued and the rails tested.
- For the elders — beds at a comfortable height, stability tested under load, drawers and doors adjusted for an easy glide: arthritic hands get smooth hardware.
- New homes mean fresh walls and level floors: the work goes fast.
The surviving Santa Anita Village ranches are standard assembly; the condos by the racetrack follow HOA rules, which we handle ourselves.

We advise by her height (the seat slightly above the knee) and assemble with a stability check.
