A house for the whole family

Arcadia builds spacious: the old ranches give way one by one to big new homes, and the families in them are often genuinely big — parents, children, grandparents. For us that is a special order format, and we love it:

• Furniture for three generations at once: a kids’ bunk bed, the parents’ bedroom, a comfortable bed and dresser for the elders — all in one or two two-person visits.
• Safety for every age: dressers and shelves anchored to the wall always (in a house with both toddlers and elders it is doubly non-negotiable), bunks with every bolt torqued.
• New homes mean fresh walls and standard studs — the work goes fast, near the low end of the estimate.

The total is calculated in advance: flat per-item prices, the sum known before we arrive — on big family orders that is especially appreciated.

The surviving ranches and the condos

In Santa Anita Village and Lower Rancho the post-war single-story ranches are still standing — everything there is standard and quick. In the condos by the racetrack we work by HOA rules, and we confirm them ourselves.

And if the Arboretum peacocks stroll down your street — yes, we know, and we will keep the door held during the carry: those neighbors love to look inside.
