We build them out turnkey: desks for the whole team (standing desks included), chairs in batches, conference rooms, shelving. The walls here are often brick — we anchor into brick, with the surcharge visible in the price list up front, not on site. We also work weekends when the office is empty — install without downtime for the team.
Homes: from cottages to ranches
The little old downtown is 1920s–40s cottages with lath behind the plaster: wall mounting goes only into studs. The eastern blocks are post-war ranches — standard and quick. The west side breathes the ocean: outdoor furniture gets assembled on stainless with correct torque.
For families: it is a kids’ town, and everything tall — dressers, shelves, wardrobes — gets anchored to the wall always, at no charge. In El Segundo nobody needs the argument: people here know the physics.
