The half-day visit — the big-house format
In Encino nobody orders a nightstand — they order "the bedroom, the living room and the pool furniture arrived yesterday". We come as a pair and run the work in parallel: one on the bed frame, the other on the dresser drawers. A whole bedroom is 2.5–4 hours; a house, one or two visits.
Flat prices add up to an exact total in advance — against hourly billing on big orders the difference is real, and Encino counts it.
Full-height closets are the signature order: sections, soft-close, lighting (plug-in connected), level, anchoring. In the hills south of Ventura — corrected for hillside settling: without leveling the doors never close true.
The poolside patio is Encino’s second living room: dining groups and lounges assembled on stainless with correct torque — Valley heat dries joints out faster than the ocean eats them. Once a season, a retighten; we can come ourselves.
