Big living rooms — big screens
Encino’s spacious ranch homes watch movies on 75–85 inches, and panels like that get hung by the rules:
- Two people and studs only — two or three of them, the bracket rated to the panel.
- Height by your sofa — in a big living room the temptation is to hang high; the correct center is at seated eye level, checked against your sofa, not a catalog.
- Cables in a wall-matched raceway or behind the wall; the soundbar and equipment shelves in the same visit.
- Fireplaces — many 1950s–70s living rooms are built around one: we assess the structure honestly and mount above it only when it is safe and kind to the neck.
The second zone is the patio. A TV by the pool has long been the Encino norm: outdoor panels and protected niches, stainless hardware (heat plus evening moisture), a bracket with a margin. We will discuss the model before you buy.
Gates, codes, housekeepers — routine: a slot, a contact at the gate, and the photo report to you.
