The foothills give hard southern light and views nobody wants to cover:
- Zebra shades and light filters on panoramic windows — the valley stays, the glare goes.
- Cellular shades — south and west rooms on the slopes heat up hard, and the cells hold back the heat.
- Blackout in bedrooms with a precise fit (three-point measurement); cordless in kids’ rooms.
- 1960s panoramic windows come in non-standard widths — we measure and suggest the panels.
- Hillside openings can be "drifted" — we measure at three points and mount to the true horizon.
Closets and doors
Closet systems in hillside bedrooms get leveled — otherwise the system’s doors roll on their own. We assemble, anchor into studs, adjust.
Doors — up to three per visit at one price: settled hillside doors are our classic; hinge and strike adjustment brings back the easy swing. Cylinders replaced, stoppers added.
