A walk-street: assembly starts with the pedestrian mile
The Sand Section means houses on pedestrian paths no car can enter. Delivery leaves the boxes by the garage on the alley or at the corner — and that is where we begin: we park where allowed, carry by hand down the walk-street, and climb the narrow stairs of the vertical houses (bedrooms on top). Included in the visit, not a "difficulty surcharge". Just tell us how many boxes and which path.
Wardrobes get assembled in the destination room — an assembled cabinet does not clear a Sand Section stairway. Anything large gets checked before you buy: a stair photo plus box dimensions — an honest answer in advance.
A house after a remodel — furnished whole
The city rebuilds non-stop, and "new house — all the furniture at once" is our format: one or two two-person visits, rooms in parallel, the total known in advance at flat prices. Designer furniture gets the full care protocol: routes covered, gloss in gloves, damaged packaging photographed before opening. The mountain of cardboard leaves with us.
The ocean a hundred meters away
Patios, rooftops, balconies — outdoor sets on stainless only, tightened slowly (fast tightening galls the threads for good — the furniture never comes apart again). The seasonal retighten is a quick visit.
