Art, Mirrors & Shelves in Manhattan Beach — from $39
Size is set by dimensions and weight: anything over 50 pounds is a structural fixing, not decor. Orders under $69 carry a $30 trip fee; bundled items have no fee.
Flat price per item. Minimum order $69.
From a surfboard to a triptych
Manhattan Beach walls hang everything: gallery art, large ocean photography, family galleries — and, of course, boards. Granddad’s longboard above the sofa is the local classic, and it hangs seriously: 25–40 pounds on horizontal racks, strictly into studs, the weight calculated. We have hung them both as decor and "so it comes down for a session".
Art gets the expensive-work protocol: composition layout, laser markup, gloves, rigid fixings (seismic country: nothing on wires above sofas and beds). We work from a designer’s plan with a photo report.
Mirrors — full-length with two people into studs; in bathrooms by the ocean — stainless hardware, the ordinary kind blooms in the humid air.
Galleries: the long stairway walls of the vertical Sand Section houses are the city’s best gallery spots — hung to an inclined layout with rigid fixings.
We reach a walk-street house on foot with all the tools — as always.
