A vertical city: assembly starts with the stairway
Redondo’s signature house is the narrow two-on-a-lot townhome: garage below, bedrooms above, and between them a turning stairway. Furniture here does not just get "assembled" — first it gets carried up:
- The seven-foot rail box goes through the turn only in the right orientation — we know the geometry by heart.
- A boxed king mattress often does not clear at all: we unbox downstairs and carry it bare — it bends, and we take the packaging.
- Wardrobes get assembled in the destination room: an assembled cabinet will never make that stairway.
- Sofas for the middle floor get checked in advance: a photo of the stairs plus box dimensions — a free yes/no before you buy.
Delivery left the boxes in the garage? The standard starting point: we carry up and assemble — included in the visit.
The beach line
The patios and balconies of Riviera Village and the Esplanade take outdoor sets on stainless with correct torque: the breeze is gentler than Santa Monica’s, but it still grinds black hardware. The seasonal retighten is a quick visit.
For families — as everywhere with us: bunks with every bolt torqued, dressers strapped into studs (always, free).
