In Redondo’s townhomes the media zone lives on the middle level, and a boxed 75-inch panel first rides the narrow stairway: two people, the right geometry — included in the visit, not a "floor surcharge". The walls of the 1980s-plus townhomes are standard drywall with studs on 16-inch centers: the mounting itself is quick, an hour to an hour and a half with cables in a raceway.
The old bungalows of the surviving blocks are lath: studs only, found with a detector. Hollywood Riviera is a slope: we check level twice — a panel in a skewed room must hang to the horizon, not "to the ceiling".
