Pictures, Mirrors & Shelves in Redondo Beach — from $39
Size is set by dimensions and weight: anything over 50 pounds is a structural fixing, not decor. Orders under $69 carry a $30 trip fee; bundled items have no fee.

The townhome stairway is the city’s best gallery wall
Three floors means two flights of stairs, and in Redondo’s vertical homes those are what become the family gallery: a long inclined wall seen twenty times a day. We hang it by the rules of inclined display:
- The line of frames runs parallel to the flight — laser-marked on the incline.
- Even spacing, each frame fixed by weight, into studs.
- On a stairway — rigid fixings only: a frame above the steps has no right to sway or fall.
Mirrors: a full-length for a top-floor bedroom gets carried up (more gently than a dresser — it is glass) and hung by two people into studs. Bathroom mirrors near the beach get stainless hardware: humid air grinds the ordinary kind.
Shelves — into studs with the weight calculated; in the narrow rooms of townhomes, shelves above the desk and bed save floor space — and are obliged to hold.
Walls: townhomes — standard drywall; the old-block bungalows — lath, studs only.
