A rental city: the walls belong to the landlord
Santa Monica is rent control country: people live in their rentals for decades and settle in seriously, but every hole in the wall is a deposit question. Our mounting is built for exactly that:
- Studs only — no dubious anchors "on a hope".
- Minimal holes: laser layout once, drilling once. A bracket on two to four precise holes holds for decades.
- At move-out — removal and ten minutes of spackle-ready holes, not craters. The deposit survives.

The old stock: 1920s–40s courtyard buildings can hide lath behind the plaster — anchors do not live in it, and we find studs with a detector calibrated for old walls. These are exactly the buildings where "I mounted it myself" ends with the TV on the floor.
The new Downtown complexes are standard drywall — quick mounting; we arrange the slot and freight elevator with management ourselves.
Balconies and glare: the afternoon ocean sun hits the west windows — we will help pick a glare-free wall. Sometimes the best mounting starts with "not here".
