A rental for years — with the landlord’s walls
WeHo lives in rent-controlled rentals: the apartment is home for a decade, but every hole is a deposit question. Our mounting is built for exactly that:
- Studs only, laser layout, one drill per point: the bracket rides on two to four precise holes.
- At move-out — removal and ten minutes of spackle; the wall goes back whole.
- The 1920s–30s courtyard buildings hide lath behind the plaster: plastic anchors come out with the wall, so we find studs with a detector calibrated for old walls. Half of our "rescue" visits in WeHo come after someone else’s anchors.
- Quiet hours: many buildings ask for silence until 9–10 a.m. We drill only in allowed time and pick the slot to match.
The luxury buildings along Sunset have house rules — loading slot, elevator, set hours. We arrange it all ourselves.
