The design capital hangs to a plan
Pacific Design Center and the Melrose showrooms set the tone: a visible share of orders comes from interior designers, and the format is dialed in — your layout → our install to it → a photo report. Gallery installs from an elevation, mirrors within a project, showroom displays: millimeter to millimeter, no improvisation.
Private clients get the same level: the composition laid out on the floor, agreed, laser-marked, evenly spaced.
Rentals and deposits. A 12-frame gallery means 12 precise holes, not 30; all into studs; spackle at move-out. In courtyard buildings with lath, plastic anchors do not live — detector-found studs are the only way to hang a heavy mirror without paying for wall repairs later.
