The flat part is single-story 1950s–60s ranches: drywall, studs to standard, level floors. Fast, predictable work.
South of Ventura the hills begin: switchbacks, sloped driveways, the settled floors of hillside homes. Casework there gets shimmed to level — for sliding wardrobes that is not an option but the condition of the doors working. If delivery left the boxes down by the garage — we carry them up: tell us in advance how many steps, and we arrive as a pair.
